Matt Becker, spouse of a VLM volunteer, sighted a crisp, brightly colored monarch butterfly flying in his yard today. the sighting was relayed by his wife to Judy to post.
This is NOT an "April Fools" sighting, but the real deal, he was surprised! no milkweeds are up yet in the yard.
