Saw the return of the finches to the feeder tubes. They are drab colored and have not seen the bright yellow plumage yet. The "money" plants have had there purple flowers for about 5 days now. Most of the 30 bloomed Tulips survived the freezes and frost (several) that we have had and about 6 of them are laying over close to the ground. Tulips are now starting to fade. Hummer feeder up for 3 days now with no activity. Noticed today that the choke cherries have pretty big leaves, a couple maples still making seeds, a couple maples buds are just starting to swell. Dandilions are yellow and haven't seen any to seed yet. Nieghbors cut their grass each for the 2nd time a couple days ago.
