My husband Dennis Connolly and I saw a ruby throated male hummingbird at our feeder on the front porch in the middle of a storm late afternoon after 5p.m. We had the feeder out for almost 2 weeks because of the early warm temperatures. This sighting was around average time period as in 2 other years we have sighted them around the 12th. It is always exciting!
