I saw a robin flying with nesting materials to a nest-building site above my neighbor's back door. It must be in the eaves under the roof that shelters the back steps. The door will be opening often, and two small dogs will make a lot of noise. The robins must not mind! Or maybe they are inexperienced at picking a good nest site. I wonder about the fate of the fledglings when they leave the nest in a nice fenced yard but with two small dogs.
