Since my last report, I bought 15 healthy flowering butterfly weed plants and have seen monarchs nectaring on them and laying eggs. Today I saw 2 monarchs mating. Some of my previous 30 plus caterpillar defoliated butterfly weed plants are starting to grow some leaves back.Houston Garden center and Enchanted Forest are both selling butterfly weed plants right now.
