I have heard the trumpeting of the sandhill cranes for about a week now. we had seen them a few months ago but until today , A pair were in my front yard,it always attracts a few neighbors,we are not used to seeing these in the neighborhood, after feeding them grains ,seed and corn for about 30 minutes,they began to do the most beatiful and graceful dancing all over my front yard, it was truely amazing,I wish I had had a video to capture it,after about 5 minutes of this magnificent display ,almost to say thank-you for the meal and then continued on their way
