I pulled into the driveway and as the grandkids and I got out, a well worn monarch fluttered by heading north. It didn't pause but we did check to see if any of the milkweed in the back yard had eggs. Several varieties are up and growing but we were unable to find any eggs. That of course does not mean that there weren't any but only that we didn't find them.
