Furing our Spring Break (April 9-13the) the tulips we planted in front of the Cedarville library bloomed but not those in front of the school which only a few blocks away. Tulip blooms were also sited in Eagleville and Lake City. Some had been chewed or bitten off by deer...do they think they are red lollipops.
