My friend and I were hiking along Clearfork Reservoir and we encountered an area marked off as it was the home of an endangered species. We looked at the tall tree tops along the water, hoping to spot a nest. As we watched, we saw a bald eagle perched in the treetops. As we continued to watch, the bald eagle flew toward the water, gliding and swooping, until it disappeared behind trees nearer the water. It was awesome!
