A fleeting glimpse of a female Ruby-throated Hummingbird at two of our feeders, but only for a few seconds. She seemed so much smaller than last year, perhaps from her long journey. Our Azaleas are in full spectacular bloom, as are our Columbines and Salvias. Our Coral Bells are about to burst into bloom, as are our Bee Balm. Our feeders are full as is our water bath. Such a great start to a new Hummingbird year!
