The native honeysuckle have been blooming their heads off for several weeks. Usually, I see a hummingbird as soon as the blooming starts. I had my feeder out April 1 because of the mild winter, and had changed it 3 times by the time I finally saw a male sipping nectar from the honeysuckle! I guess the Ruby-throats don't get reports when the winter has been mild and the flowers are blooming!
