Hummingbird, Ruby-throated (FIRST)

Date: 04/25/2012

Number: 1

Saw first female the day after the first male. It has been building since. We have at least two pair, more than that is likely. We have just seen two pairs at the same time at two different feeders. Right now we have three feeders out. None are too interested in the one on the window. When one does use it it is amazing to see. It has been wickedly windy here the last month and it is difficult for humans and birds with all this wind. The feeder foods are decreasing but not at a crazy rate.
