Robin (First HEARD singing)

Date: 04/27/2012

Number: 1

We heard our first Robin song in the evening of the 27th of April. We didn't see them yet. I went outside to bring some firewood in around 630pm local time and heard them singing. Soon they will be in the yard once we have a good rain, or if I get the hoses out and start watering the lawn.

So exciting! Our snow has mostly melted, though there are piles here and there. The weather has warmed up into the low 60's several days, but the past few have been chillier at around 50, with some rain, and windy.

See when this Northern Observation Post predicted first robin song!
