Out for a medicine walk with our community health students - there was a beautiful patch of coltsfoot blooming along the roadside. time to pick some flowers and then wait for the leaves - makes a great cough medicine! the plants in the bush are growing more and more every day- trout lilies blooming and many dandelions on the lawns. a great time to be out and about.
