We saw a monarch butterfly swoop down in the middle of our playground. We all rushed after it! The monarch butterfly was flying to the ground and to the walls. We think it was looking for milkweed. It was hard for us to see the black spots and the orange inside the wings because the wings were closed. We were happy because we saw a monarch butterfly!
