Hummingbird, Ruby-throated (FIRST)

Date: 05/03/2012

Number: 1

Yay! They have finally arrived! Goodness, I kept thinking that I was doing something wrong. They have been around for quite some time and they weren't coming. Today I glanced outside (like I do a million times a day) and saw a male ruby on one of my feeders. I thought I saw a female about 30 minutes later, but couldn't tell for sure. He has been back several times today. I sure hope he stays for a while. I am so addicted to these tiny birds!
