All Other Signs of Spring

Date: 05/04/2012

Number: 1

Our first nesting pair of Phoebe's have fledged their young as of 5/2/12, and yesterday 5/3/12 I first heard the witchety, witchety, witchety call of our first Common Yellowthroat of the season! As of this morning, we have 3 male ruby throat hummers and 1 female visiting our feeders! Last evening and all through the early morning hours we had fierce thunderstorms, high wind and hail. All seems to be calm this morning......
