It was 7:45 am and I had just put my oriole feeder out the night before for the first time this year. The oriole flew in and perched himself on my niger feeder, fed for a few seconds, then went to one of my hummingbird feeders and tried to feed on it. It was a surprise to see them that early. I just put the feeders out just in case there was a oriole or humminbird that might be ahead of the pack and really hungry by the time they arrived
