Our beautiful tulips have bloomed. We were sooo excited to finally see them bloom. Our teacher did not have to alert us that the tulips bloomed, we could see the red Emperor tulip petals from quite a distance. Ten of our 17 tulips have bloomed thus far, but the stems of our bulbs are shorter than we expected. Most tulips are about six to eight inches in height and we wonder if it will be the same for other tulips.
