First sighting young male Ruby transient at 3:16 P.M. He filled up his gas tank and headed due north. Second small/young male at 3:20pm, headed NE after fill-up.
I have had one feeder up for two weeks, two feeders up for one week, and I put up all five feeders yesterday. Over the years I have found that they prefer a 25% solution of sugar by volume(Three cups of water to one cup of sugar)of C&H cane sugar.
The little guys are about four days early this year: the storms blew them mostly eastward.
