One butterfly, a male, had escaped our "cage" and attached under the treadmill out our breezeway where the "cage" is located. As the wife was sweeping up some of the droppings which unavoidably collect, she accidentally killed this magnificent creature as he was trying to emerge from under that machinery! As sad moment for us all, but we did release the remainder of our 24 this monring, 2 males and 8 females.

The grandkids' release information will follow, as those were the junior chrysalis that we gave them.
