The monarch was just fluttering by the New Amsterdam apartments on Route 9. It seemed to be old because of its weird flight pattern, because it seemed that the wings werent in well condition, it flew low to the ground and the color was not as vibrant as it should be so I predict it had come from Mexico. What an amazing accomplishment!!!
