Hummingbird, Ruby-throated (FIRST)

Date: 05/12/2012

Number: 1

We've had the feeder out since that extrodinary warm spell in March. With all the talk of an early migration we are suprised to only see the first Ruby-throated Hummer today, 5 days later than last year. It's a female. Where's the male? She did lots of drinking at the feeder in the garden and also came to the window looking for last years feeder. Time to get it out.
