Monarch Larva (FIRST sighted)

Date: 05/14/2012

Number: 1

Last Thursday, May 10th, two of my fifth grade students spotted two eggs on milkweed near the playground. They brought the eggs in. When we came into class this morning, there were two tiny larva munching on milkweed. The girls named them Maria and Jose. My camera can not capture the image, they are too small! But everyone is thrilled!!!!!
