finally starting to have monarchs showing up on a daily basis since my last report. last couple of days have had 2 females hanging around & laying eggs. I'm collecting as many as I can handle. our lantana, is so full of blooms, they really have been enjoying that.Our native butterfly weed flowers have made the best showing ever!! we had alot of rain early in the year,which has taken us out of the drought conditions, far now anyways.
Have released 30 to 40 monarchs to date.

this year has been different than last, monarch numbers peaked in April ,but this year they are a bit later. Not complaining though, atleast my milkweed has a good start. :)
