I bring in the eggs and caterpillars just as soon as I find them on the Milkweed. However, I am still losing more than usual to the
Tachinid Fly. Sad!!! They may die as a caterpillar or as a chrysalis. When the die, I cut them open and destroy the larvae of the fly so that they cannot go on and do more damage to the Monarchs.
