Noticed my first ruby throat (this is a pretty big guy) male on 5/20/12 in Waterford, MI. He's been feeding consistently since.
(Southeast Michigan) approx 35 miles NW of Detroit. Since I've had two others feeding. Another more aggressive male (Green band on his neck) and a small female. (Solid brownish, not much color) I figure she's a female for lack of color.
