I am still seeing at least 1-3 monarch butterflies in my yard throughout the day on my abundant butterfly weed.They are chasing each other, mating, nectaring and laying eggs. There are many monarch caterpillars eating the 50 plus butterfly weed plants in my yard.I am also seeing lots of other butterflys and moths such as tawny emperors and have several silk moth cocoons on my wax myrtle trees.
