On June 7, Dr. John Acorn of the University of Alberta spotted 2 monarchs at the mouth of the McKinnon Ravine in Edmonton, Alberta. These sightings triple his sightings of monarchs in Edmonton for the past 50 years. John is well known in Canada for his interesting science program called "Nature Nut"!
