About 8:40 PM, Dr. Gary Anweiler spotted a monarch from his home window alight on his neighbours pine tree. Telling his wife to maintain a constant watch on it until he got outside, Gary ran outside in his dressing gown and slippers and spotted the monarch just as it took off above his head.
