I have seen 3 different adults laying eggs on our milkweed- I saw relatively large caterpillars a few weeks later- than POOF they were gone and NO cocoons? I have been raising milkweed/monarchs for years but this is the first year they seem to 1) not be coming to lay eggs (VERY late start!) 2) once they reached "juvenile stage they disapeared??? Do you guys know what is going on this year?
