Aug. 12: Gardnerville, Nevada: Intersection of Dressler Ln and Westside Ln. Two caterpillars seen on patches of speciosa milkweed growing along irrigation ditch running parallel to Dressler Ln and bordering irrigated cattle pastures. No adults seen there, but one male was seen patrolling speciosa milkweed along Waterloo Ln about a mile or two north of Dressler Ln
