After a long season of not spotting one Monarch Butterfly in my garden (or in my neighborhood)- I finally spotted one feeding in my butterfly bush. He/She did not stop long enough for a photograph, but I feel hopeful that he will come back again before the summer is over...my asters and Mexican sunflowers are about to bloom and in past years proved to be the favorite!
