Ran up to the wooded Lake Poygan property (100 miles NE of Madison,WI) where I have lots of late summer-early fall blooming plants (Butterfly Bushes,Blazing Star, Zinnias, Little Joe-Pye) and where I am still putting out grape jelly and nectar. Observed a large number of migrating butterflies (Monarchs, Admirals, various Swallowtails and Purple Spotted Red) on all of the above plants, jelly, and nectar!
No photo--just went up there to replenish the food and see the sights...
