We are having sightings in our yard of the butterflies nectering on milkweed every day..............they are not laying eggs.......we did find two catepillars this week though...these are the only ones. they flit around the yard so happily every day we see at least one every time we look outside so through out the day there are at least a dozen a day we see. all day long........so many more are comeing through we just can't count them all. they are very healthy I just do not understand why they aren't laying eggs like they ususally do. We usually have a yard full of 100 catepillars?????????????
