The past several weeks have been fast and furious at both feeders and Buddleia (Butterfly Bushes)! I was thinking that hummingbird parents had done especially well this year raising their young when I was reminded that it probably reflected early migratory movements. In either case, at 2 feeders in front I usually see about 5 birds (male and female) at a time. Wish I could get them to agree to sip peacefully, as there are plenty of perches for that number...but no such luck.
