We have 4 hummingbird feeders hanging on the eves of our house. There is one hummer which tries to guard one of the feeders while the other hummers try to get the sugar water from that one. At times I see hummers at the others, but the one feeder is the most popular one among all the hummers. The guard is effective in keeping the others away.
