We have had fewer hummingbirds this year. Only 1 male and 3 females as regulars throughout the summer. Suddenly, we have a total of 3 males and 4 females vying for the feeders. I have put out an additional feeder (total of 5) to calm things down, but they seem to enjoy being feisty and playing with each other as they get ready to migrate south.
