Hummingbird Sighting
Sightings report image

Date: 08/26/2012

Number: 12

It definitely looks like the rufous hummingbirds have left us (after raising at least two broods), though a lone juvenal male came by a couple of times this week. The Anna's, on the other hand, are very active. Today, we had two mature males, three females, and several juvenals, including this rapidly maturing male.
