Our females have been very active for the last week or so, feeding frequently and aggressively defending their feeder. (Of course we have enough feeders so each of them could have one, but they don't seem to have negotiated this among themselves.) There appears to be a juvenile or two and an adult male. They fight like little Jedi warriors. Two birds will confront one another, pause in the air, and then just rise together in to the air. battling it out. We say they're in a movie — Crouching Dragon, Hidden Hummingbird.
