My summer hummers have left we have transient ones coming down from their migration. How do I know this, well these hummers are real skittish, unlike the ones that were here all summer and could careless if I sat around the feeders (6 feeders). I have placed yellow survey tape around to attract the migrating birds to the feeders and it works! Hope this years journey is better for them than last year, hurricane Issac probably was a great help for them.
