Heading east on I-40 apprx 1 mile west of exit 59 Swannanoa, NC and saw large bird fly across ahead of me 75 yds or so, then noted it had wings different than vulture, which is what I thought it was. It turned in flight direction and I saw a white tail so I started watching more closely and then saw it also had a white head and then I could clearly see it was a bald eagle. Driving on I-40 at the time so no photo
