Girls arrived for breakfast at 6:55--gardens/habitat is more playful and less aggressive when only the girls are here. Flowers in the habitat that are blooming today: black and blue salvia, pink lantana, red geraniums, petunias, pink Pentas,
Impatients, Abutilion Bartley Schwartz, Begonia grandia Heron's Pirouette,
Agastache Salmon and Pink, Orange Lantana, Chelone lyonii (pink turtleheads)
Perennial Fuschia, Phlox paniculata, Red Snapdragons, Nicotiana--Crimson Bedder and Tobacco Bella, Larkspur, Spider flowers, Dicentra Luxiriant, Dicentra Scandens and cosmos. Our girls are very busy, visiting feeders and flowers, and it is easy to see our tiny friends are gaining weight for migration.
