Planted some milkweed seeds in the spring and was lucky enough to have 3 eggs layed on them Aug 16. Two of the 3 disappeared after they hatched so I brought the 3rd one in the house to keep it safe. Now happy to report the caterpiller just went into the pupa stage today and is now a beautiful green chrysalis. It is amazing to see the transformation and I can't wait for it to emerge as a butterfly!
