IT is unusual to see multiples of Monarch Butterflies here at this time of year...throughout July/August we have seen 5-8 together within a few mile radius...I am still finding Monarch caterpillars... I have hatched over 50 chrysalis since July 8 2012...only a few of the Milkweed caterpillars this year on the dying milkweed plants-this is a change from last year...difficult to locate fresh milkweed plants
