Still lots of activity on the feeders, more fighting than calories consumed it appears. Flowers are not as defended as the feeders, but both are used. Coral coccinia (annual salvia) and phlox are most popular. One feeder hangs from a blooming Crepe Mrytle and the birds go to the flowers sometimes, but the flowers are not nearly as used as the feeders
