This hummingbird has been around my feeder it seems like all summer. First an adult rubythroated dominated the feeder for weeks and fought off other hummers. Then this young hummingbird without the red strip around his neck showed up and has been the dominant one for weeks and weeks. I am beginning to see some red feathers(?) on his throat.
