Here is another photo of the hummer in the rain today. I really enjoy watching these little guys. Yesterday, early evening, I observed a wasp and a hummingbird sparring over one of my nectar feeders. The wasp appeared to have the upper hand, as he chased the hummer away from the feeder three times, before he was able to feed in peace. The hummer finally came back to the feeder, but only after the wasp had gone.
