Another beautiful day, sunny 77 degrees with a light SW wind. Late afternoon I was at Robert Moses beach and spotted over 200 monarchs. Similar to previous years when the wind is out of the SW, the monarchs roost in smaller groups (2-10) in pine trees closer to the road and away from thr ocean.
