Today was the LAST time we saw any male Ruby Throated Hummingbirds. They had been here all summer, very happy and of course , very territorial...always staking out their territory and chasing others away. Altough, once in awhile, they would allow a juvenile to share the feeders with them. Very sweet. We do miss theirr bright, flashy colors.
